Lenovo to Launch Mobile Phone Leasing Service in Beijing

According to China's Xinhua News, Lenovo Mobile will launch a mobile phone leasing service in Beijing starting in July 2007. In addition to attracting both cost-sensitive and fashion-minded users, the leasing service is envisaged to help alleviate environmental contamination caused by discarded mobile phones. Should the pilot service go well in Beijing, Lenovo plans to expand the pilot service to three other cities in China.
